LIFE-TIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Life-Time Warranty
• Structural frame components including main frame, rear frame, fork, seat post, and
frame welds
Two-year Warranty
• Drive train (transaxle assembly) 100% replacement of parts cost
• Battery charger 100% replacement of parts cost
One-year Warranty
• All other parts
This warranty excludes the following:
1. Battery manufacturer provides a six-month limited warranty
2. Tires, except that warranty provided by the tire manufacturer
3. ABS plastic shrouds
4. Damage caused by battery fluid spillage or leakage
5. Damage caused by:
a. Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence
b. Improper operation, maintenance or storage
c. Commercial use or use other than normal
d. Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from
Golden Technologies, Inc.
e. Circumstance beyond the control of Golden Technologies, Inc.
6. Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred in repair of the product
unless specifically authorized by Golden Technologies, Inc. This warranty does not
include any labor charges incurred in replacement part installation.
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular pur-
pose, are excluded. Liabilities for consequential damage are excluded.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
To obtain warranty parts and service, you must have a warranty registration card filed
with Golden Technologies, Inc. Contact your Golden Companion dealer for authorized
service.
The warranty period commences on the purchase date from the Seller/Dealer. If the
product is rented or otherwise not sold to the consumer, the warranty commences
on the invoice date from Golden Technologies, Inc.
