16 Change Country Settings
Purpose To set the date and time formats, the language, and the decimal format.
Start Do this procedure when your requirements dier from the country setting currently
being used by the system.
Materials Gather these materials before you begin:
•Yourrequirementsfordisplayingdate,timeformatandtheotheritems
mentioned in the purpose statement.
•YourFreeStyleNavigatorReceiver.
Helpful Information
• Check with your healthcare team if you have any questions about your requirements.
• If you don’t press any button within 12 seconds the receiver screen will go blank and the last change
will be lost if you haven’t pressed the RIGHT Option button (Select).
Steps Do This
1. Access the System menu
from the Main menu
a. Press the UP or DOWN Arrow button to highlight
System.
b. Press the RIGHT Option button (Select) to go to the
Select System screen.
