Adding and changing a ring type
To set a distinctive ring type to a Phone Book entry:
1. At the
Phone Book (information) screen toggle
to highlight
RingType.
2. Press , the
RingType screen displays. Toggle to highlight an
option. The options show: Inactive, 5 monotone ringers, and 15
melodies.
3. Press to save and display the information in the
RingType field
on the Phone Book (Information) screen.
Overwriting a category
The Category field is automatically filled and designated Speed dial when an
Entry number is generated by the phone. You may wish to change this phone
generated Category label to one of the following: Home, Mobile, Office, Pager,
Fax, or No label, with Speed Dial remaining the default option.
1. At the Phone Book (information) screen, toggle
to highlight
Category.
2. Press , the
Category screen displays. The options Speed dial,
Home
, Mobile, Office, Pager, Fax, and No label, display.
3. Press to save and display the new
Category label on the Phone
Book
(information) screen.
