Field contact jumper (J1) has not
been removed. AUTO MODE.
Remove jumper and wire the
terminals to the processing
machine relay.
Field contact to the processing
machine has failed.
Check wiring/check the relay on
the processor.
Motor switch has failed. Replace.
Field contact to process machine
missing or loose.
Correct.
Control relay has failed. Replace.
Motor control has failed. Replace.
Optional timer set incorrectly. Reset.
Motor will not stop.

Signal from motor speed sensor

Secure the sensor connections.
