Step 1: Remove the Test Strip
Holder from the Meter.
Hold the meter and place your
thumbs on the two raised dots on the
test strip holder. Press down on the
raised dots and slide the test strip
holder toward you.
Remove the test strip holder to
expose the test area.
Step 2: Clean the Test Strip
Holder.
Wash only the test strip holder with
soap and water.
Clean the underside of the test strip
holder. Using a damp cotton swab,
clean the small hole from both sides to
remove any dirt, blood, or lint. Rinse
well.
Dry completely with a soft cloth
or tissue.
