PROBLEM
The last check strip test was
outside the acceptable range
and an acceptable repeat test
was not performed.
The last test failed after the
countdown started.
The meter has lost some
important information,
including the code number.
Some parts of the display are
not working.
WHAT TO DO
Repeat the checkstrip test.
Repeat the test.
Use the C button to reset the meter code
to match the code on the test strip vial.
You should also check all of your meter
option settings to be sure they are cor-
rect. If this continues to happen, there
may be a problem with your meter. Call
your authorized LifeScan representative.
