Removing/Installing Foldover Back Upholstery
ƽ WARNING
The position of the footrest, seat angle, back angle, seating system/upholstery,
caster size and position, rear wheel size and position, use of anti-tippers, as well as
the user condition directly relate to the stability of the wheelchair. Any change to
one or any combination of the ten may cause the wheelchair to decrease in stability.
EXTREME care MUST be taken when changing the stability of the wheelchair. Refer
to the chart in General Guidelines on page 15 of this manual.

Removing Foldover Back Upholstery
1. Unfastenthetwofasteningflapsthatsecurethebottomoftheexistingbackupholstery
tothebackcanes.
2. Unfoldthetopofthebackupholstery.
3. Liftupontheexistingbackupholsteryandremovefromthewheelchair.
Installing Foldover Back Upholstery
1. Installthenewbackupholsteryonto
thebackcanes.
2. Wraptheendofafasteningflaparound
thebackcane.
3. Inserttheendofthefasteningflap
throughtheloop.
4. Wrapthefasteningflaparoundthe
backcaneagainandpressfirmlyto
secure.
5. Foldthetopofthebackupholstery
downover
thebackcanestowardsthe
frontofthewheelchair.
6. Pressfirmlytosecurethefastening
strips.
