Repositioning the Joystick
NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE 10.2.
1. Turntheadjustmentlocklevertoreleasethejoystickmountingtubefromthe
mountingbracket.
2. Removethejoystickfromthewheelchair.
3. Removethethree(3)hexscrewsthatsecurethehalves(½)ofthemountingbracketto
thearmtube.
4. Repositionmountingbracketonoppositearmtubeensuringthethreadedplateofthe
mountingbracketisontheinsideofthearmtubeasshowninFIGURE 10.2.
5. Usingthethree(3)hexmountingscrewsandwashers,securethehalves(½)ofthe
mountingbrackettothearmtube.
6. Slidethejoystickmountingtubethroughthemountingbrackettothedesired
position.
7. Turntheadjustmentlocklevertosecurethejoystickmountingtubeintothemounting
bracket.
