Transferring Patient to Commode
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 5.3 on page 27.
1. Position the patient over the commode (Detail “A”).
2. Press the down button and lower the patient onto the commode.
ƽ WARNING
Invacare recommends locking the rear swivel casters of the stand-up lift only when
positioning or removing the sling (standing or transport) from around the patient.
3. Lock the rear swivel casters. Refer to Locking/Unlocking Rear Swivel Casters on
page 16.
