itisimportanttousethefrontcastersasatooltomaintainstabilityandbalance.
Lengtheningthewheelbasewillincreasethestabilityandmaintainstandard
maneuverabilityofwheelchair.
Shorteningthewheelbasewilldecreasethestability,increasethemaneuverabilityand
distributeadditionalweightontotherearwheels.
Reaching, Leaning and Bending - Forward
Positionthefrontcasterssothattheyare
extendedasfarforwardaspossibleand
engagewheellocks.

DO NOT attempt to reach objects if
you have to move forward in the seat or
pick them up from the floor by reaching
down between your knees.
