Using World Scale 3-20
Using PLUs 8-30 (WC30)
The rest of your PLU keys (8 through 30) are in the World Scale’s
memory and are accessible by the blue PLU key on the Console.
Once these PLUs have been programmed through Supervisor
mode, you will find it most convenient to use this feature. As with
Speedkeys 1 through 7, you now can easily work with your top-
selling items.
Note
• You will not be able to use these PLUs unless they have been
set up in Supervisor mode.
• To program PLUs 8 through 30, refer to Chapter Four:
Supervisor Mode.
To use PLUs 8 through 30:
1. Short PRESS the blue [PLU] key.
2. Short PRESS the first digit of the PLU
Speedkey number.
--OR--
3. If you are entering a two-digit PLU Speedkey
number, such as 12, Short PRESS the second
digit of the PLU Speedkey number
--OR--
If you are entering a single-digit PLU Speedkey
number, (PLU 8 or 9), Short PRESS the [PLU]
key.
4. Place the product on the scale.
5. The screen will display Net Weight, Unit Price
and Total Price.
