• Resolution allows you to change the resolution of images. Images
taken at a higher resolution require more memory to save. The
available sizes are 2M, 1.3M, High, Med, or Low.
Tip: While in Capture mode, the zoom feature is available using the navigation keys.
As the resolution increases, zooming capability is reduced. At the highest
resolution, the zoom feature is not available.
• Quality allows you to select between Fine, Normal, and Economy.
These settings reflect the image quality settings for the pictures.
• Shutter Sound allows you to select between different shutter
sounds. The shutter sound is heard when you take a picture.
• Status Bar allows you to switch the Status Bar On or Off.
• Storage allows you to switch the saved file location between
Phone or Card.
• Launch: allows you to select the following:
• Review Pictures allows you to review pictures currently stored in
your camera’s internal or external memory.
• Camcorder switches the phone to Camcorder mode. For more
information, see "To record a video:" on page 63.
Setting the Self-timer
To activate the Self-timer and get yourself in the picture:
1. With the phone open and in Camera mode, press the right softkey
for Options.
2. Select Selftimer.
3. Using the navigation key, highlight the length of delay you want the
timer to use (5 or 10 seconds) and press .
4. Press the left softkey for Capture. (A timer is displayed in the upper
right portion of the main LCD during the Self Timer countdown)
5. Prepare for the picture. At 3 seconds, the timer icon turns red.
To cancel the Self-timer after it has started:
