Viewing the Conference Records
To open the CDR utility:
 On the RMX menu, click Administration > CDR.
The CDR List pane opens, displaying a list of the conference CDR
records stored in the MCU memory.
The following fields are displayed:
Table 14-1 Conference Record Fields
Field Description
Display Name The Display Name of the conference and an icon
indicating whether or not the CDR record has been
retrieved and saved to a formatted text file.
The following icons are used:
The CDR record has not been saved.
The CDR record has been saved.
Start Time The actual time the conference started.
Duration The actual conference duration.
