The unit responds with the current status (signal
detected) of optical link 1, optical link 2, the video input,
the audio input, the fiber optic mode (singlemode or
multimode), and the device type (Tx or Rx).

The master receiver monitors the fiber 1 cable. If the PC is connected to the DA and fiber cable 2 is not installed bewtween the DA and the
master receiver, for the information request (I) and Status commands (S) below, the DA reports 1Link0 regardless of the status of the fiber 1
cable.
