Transport ready packages are not retrofittable to existing models and are not field
serviceable.
Only use the transport brackets included with TRRO and TRBKTS for the purposes
described in this manual.
Battery retention brackets MUST be installed at all times. Otherwise, the
wheelchair will not be WC/19 compliant. Refer to Removing/Installing the Batteries
From/Into the Wheelchair on page 55.

beencrashtestedinaccordancewithWC19.Usethesetransportbracketsonlytosecure
anunoccupiedwheelchairduringtransport.
Asofthisdate,theDepartmentofTransportationhasnotapprovedanytiedownsystems
fortransportationofauserwhileinawheelchair,inamovingvehicleofanytype.Itis
Invacare’spositionthatusersofwheelchairsshouldbetransferredintoappropriate
seatinginvehiclesfortransportationandusebemadeoftherestraintsmadeavailableby
theautoindustry.Invacarecannotanddoesnotrecommendanywheelchair
transportationsystems.
