Mode Switch
NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE 5.4.
Themodeswitchisusedtoselecttheoperatingmodeforthewheelchair.Themode
switchislocatedonthejoystick.Amodeswitchisneededwheneveranyofthefollowing
operatingmodesareprogrammed:
EnvironmentalControls(ECU1,ECU2,ECU3,ECU4)*
•3SpeedModeinDigital3Speed(Slow,Medium,Full)
•LatchedModes
•SleepMode
•RIMMode*
•RemoteDriveSelectionMode*
Tilt/ReclineMode*
InformationCenterDisplaySelection(doesnotrequireResetactivationatpowerup)
Ifanyoftheabovemodesareselected,thecontrolwillrequireactivationoftheswitch
immediatelyafterthepower
switchisturnedOninordertoenterthedrivemode.The
secondlineoftheLCDwilldisplay‐PRESSRESET.
*NOTE:Inthesemodes,StandbySelectallowstheresetswitchtobebypassedforusersunableto
activatetheswitch.
Memory Card Slot
Thememorycardslotisusedwiththebasicorprofessionalmemorycardforsavingor
readingwheelchairparameters.

joystickmountingtube.
2. Slidejoystickmountingtubetothe
desiredposition.
3. Turntheadjustmentlockleverto
securetheadjustmentlocktothe
joystickmountingtube.
