Messages
Using the
Messages
menu, you can create,
send, read and save messages with the Short
Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Message
Service (MMS), or Email.
SMS is a service which allows you to send or
receive a text message.
MMS is a messaging service very similar to a
SMS. MMS enables you to send far longer text
messages than SMS - and to add images,
graphics, voice, audio, and video clips-in any
combination, as a single multimedia message.
You can send MMS messages to phones with
MMS capability, and to any e-mail address.
Write
(Menu 4-1)
In this menu, you can write and send a text
message, a multimedia message or an e-mail.
Note:
You can also press
the
Write
soft key to
write a new message
when the
Messages
icon is highlighted in
the main menu view.
Writing and Sending Text Messages
1. After accessing the
Write
option from the
Messages
menu, press the
Select
soft key
when
Short msg.
highlights.
Or, you can quickly enter
Short msg.
by
pressing the key in Idle mode
2. Write your message.
