Call waiting
Call waiting lets you receive a second call during
conversation. Your phone notifies you of a call
waiting by beeping and displaying “Call Waiting.”
Note
: Contact your service provider to activate the
Call waiting service.
To answera waiting call:
To answer the call, press . The phone connects
the calling party, and places the current party on
hold.
Press again to switch between two parties.
Note
: If you do not respond to a Call waiting
notification, the phone will forward the call to
voicemail or another number that you have set
up. Contact your service provider for more
information.
Call forwarding
This feature provides the option of forwarding
incoming calls to another phone number, even
while your phone is off. Activating call forwarding
does not affect outgoing calls made from this
phone. Contact your service provider to activate call
forwarding.

Entering text
At many times when using your phone, you will
need to enter text; for example, when storing a
name in Phone book, writing a text message, or
scheduling events in your calendar. You can enter
alphanumeric characters into your phone by using
your phone’s keypad.
Your phone has the following text input modes:
•
T9 Hebrew
: allows you to enter Hebrew letters
using the T9 input method.
•
Hebrew
: allows you to enter Hebrew letters as
you would in English mode.
•
T9 English
: allows you to enter English
characters with only one keypress per character.
•
English
: allows you to enter English characters
by pressing the key labeled with the character
you want until it displays.
•
Symbol
: allows you to enter many different
symbols and special characters.
•
Number
: allows you to enter numbers.
Note
: Not in Number mode, To enter a number, press
and hold down the corresponding key.
Changing the text input mode
Example: Writing a text message
In the text entry screen, press the
Mode
soft key.
1. Scroll to the mode you want by pressing the
Navigation keys.
Note
: If you want to exit the Mode list without
changing to a new mode, press the
C
key.
