■ sets the IPX RIP filter precedence to 5

<filter-ticks> Modify the number of ticks to get to the network in the
routing table (inbound RIP packets) or in the advertised
information (outbound RIP packets). The range is 0 to 32000
ticks.
<filter-hops> Modify the number of hops to get to the network in the
routing table (inbound RIP packets) or in the advertised
information (outbound RIP packets). The range is 0 to 16
hops.
