set intelligent-multicast static-session
Command Mode Global Configuration.
Description Creates an Intelligent Multicast session.
Syntax set intelligent-multicast static-session {<group-address> | mac-address
<mac-address>} vlan {all | <vlan-id> | name <vlan-name>}
Sample Output The following example sets an intelligent-multicast static session for
multicast group 229.10.10.10 on a VLAN named adams.
(configure)# set intelligent-multicast static-session 229.10.10.10
vlan name adams

Name Definition
<group-address> The multicast IP address of the multicast session.
<mac-address> The multicast MAC address of the non-IP multicast session.
vlan The keyword for per VLAN commands.
• all - All VLANS.
• vlan-id - The numerical ID of a specific VLAN.
• name - The VLAN name.
