Easily Check Your Blood Pressure Readings Against the JNC 7* Classication
If the two blood pressure measurements (systolic, diastolic) fall into separate categories,
your level is classied in the higher of the two categories. For example, a Stage 2 systolic
reading, but a diastolic pressure reading in the normal range.
