3.6 Recall Mode (Passive Operation)
Definition: Recall Mode is the passive operational mode of the
thermometer. In this mode, you may review the most recently
stored temperature data and parameters.

with power applied to the unit and the Sleep/On
switch in the “Sleep” position press
