If this symbol appears after cleaning
the meter, check to see if you insert-
ed the test strip holder completely
and securely. The test strip holder
may be out of position. See pages
59–63 for error descriptions.
Note: If using a 10% bleach solution,
this message may indicate that you
have not completely removed the
bleach residue on the gray area of
the inside of the test strip holder
cover. Wipe with a cloth dampened
with water.
