ROUTINE SERVICING AND TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING
ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD
Servicing requires access to live parts
which can cause death or serious injury.
Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
Relay contacts wired to separate power
sources must be disconnected before
servicing.
6-1 ROUTINE SERVICING
Most service and maintenance involves
cleaning and recharging the sensor. Refer
to the instructions supplied with the sensor
for recharging and maintenance procedures.
Service is rarely required on the Model
7003M Percent Oxygen Analyzer. Repair is
limited to replacement of PCB boards,
EPROM and fuses. See Section 7
Replacement Parts.
6-2 TROUBLESHOOTING
Troubleshooting should be referred to
qualified service technicians. Refer to
Section 5-3 Circuit Descriptions, on page 5-
2, as an aide in isolating a problem.
