THIS WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BAYER DIABETES CARE BE LIABLE FOR
INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF
BAYER DIABETES CARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.
