when used with any test strips other than Ascensia

ICROFILL Test Strips, and therefore makes no warran-
ty of the performance of the Ascensia CONTOUR Meter
when used with any test strips other than Ascensia
M
ICROFILL Test Strips or when the Ascensia MICROFILL
Test Strip is altered or modifi ed in any manner.
BAYER HEALTHCARE MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WAR-
RANTY FOR THIS PRODUCT. THE OPTION OF REPLACEMENT,
DESCRIBED ABOVE, IS BAYER HEALTHCARE’S ONLY OBLI-
GATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BAYER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF BAYER
HEALTHCARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specifi c legal rights and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.
