Voice Functions
Review Voice Memos
1. In standby mode, press the MENU (left) soft key ( ), then press
(for PLAN), (for Voice Functions), (for Voice Memo), and
for Review Voice Memo. The MemoBox screen appears in the
display listing saved voice memos.
2. Use the navigation keys to highlight the voice memo you wish to review.
3. Press the key to play the voice memo.
• To pause the memo, press the key. Press the key again to restart
playing the memo.
When the voice memo finishes playing, the selected voice memo remains
highlighted in the list of sound files.
4. For other options, press the Menu (left) soft key ( ). The following
options appear in the display:
• Send Email — Send a copy of this voice memo as part of a message.
•Play — Play the highlighted voice memo.
• Play All — Play all saved voice memos.
•Rename — Change the name of the highlighted voice memo.
•Info — Show the size of the highlighted voice memo (in KB), the recording time
(in minutes and seconds), and the date the highlighted voice memo was
recorded.
•Delete — Erase the highlighted voice memo.
• Delete All — Erase all saved voice memos.
Erase One Voice Memo
1. In standby mode, press the MENU (left) soft key ( ), then press
(for PLAN), (for Voice Functions), (for Voice Memo), and
for Review Voice Memo. The MemoBox screen appears in the
display listing saved voice memos.
2. Use the navigation keys to highlight the voice memo you wish to erase.
3. Press the Menu (left) soft key ( ). The following options appear in the
display:
• Send Email — Send a copy of this voice memo as part of a message.
•Play — Play the highlighted voice memo.
• Play All — Play all saved voice memos.
•Rename — Change the name of the highlighted voice memo.
•Info — Show the size of the highlighted voice memo (in KB), the recording time
(in minutes and seconds), and the date the highlighted voice memo was
recorded.
