How to Hold the Camera
Unintentional movement of the camera during shooting will result in blurred
images. To avoid such so-called “camera shake”, hold the camera as described
below. Be particularly careful to avoid camera shake with telephoto zoom shots.
q Hold the camera steady with both hands with your elbows close to
your body.
●When viewing through the viewfinder
With the camera pressed lightly to your face, aim it at your subject while looking
through the viewfinder.
●When viewing on the LCD monitor
Hold the camera firmly in both hands, and aim it at your subject while looking at
the LCD monitor.
w Press the shutter release button lightly with your fingertip.
