Use of the optional cef, ipc, ipmulticast, isis, mpls, ospf, or rsvp keywords provides a way to display
a number of show commands specific to a particular protocol or process in addition to the show
commands listed previously.
For example, if your Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support representative suspects that you may
have a problem in your Cisco Express Forwarding (CEF) configuration, you may be asked to provide the
output of the show tech-support cef command. The show tech-support [page] [password] cef
command will display the output from the following commands in addition to the output for the standard
show tech-support command:
• show adjacency summary
• show cef drop
• show cef events
• show cef interface
• show cef not-cef-switched
• show cef timers
• show interfaces stats
• show ip cef events summary
• show ip cef inconsistency records detail
