X. WARRANTY
FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For five (5) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser free of
charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in
material and/or workmanship:
Structural frame components, including:
l Main Frame l Seat Post
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser free of
charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in
material and/or workmanship:
Electronic components, including: Main frame assemblies, including:
l Charger Assembly l Anti-tip forks l Caster forks
l Controller l Caster beam l Metal seat framing
l Joystick l Accesories
Other components, including:
l Brakes l Motor/gearbox assembly l Plastic components,
l Bearings and bushings l Foot riggings excluding body
l Electrical Harness l Foot rigging mounting brackets
SIX-MONTH WARRANTY
For six (6) months from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser free of
charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in
material and/or workmanship:
l Batteries
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
l ABS Plastic shrouds and footrests l Motor brushes l Upholstery and seating
l Fuses l Tires and tubes
l Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
l Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically
authorized by Pride Mobility Products Corporation
l Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Damage caused by:
l Contamination
l Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
l Battery fluid spillage or leakage
l Commercial use, or use other than normal
l Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
