PROCEDURE 11
REPLACING SEAT LEVER
(FIGURE 7)
NOTE: The seat lever is NOT available on ZOOM-3.
1. Remove the seat. Refer to
REMOVING/INSTALLING THE SEAT in PROCEDURE 5
of this manual.
2. Place seat upside down on ground/floor.
3. Remove cotter pin that secures the seat lever to the connecting pin.
4. Remove the mounting screw and locknut that secure the seat lever to the seat plate.
5. Install NEW seat lever.
6. Install EXISTING mounting screw through seat plate and bottom hole of seat lever
and secure with locknut. Securely tighten.
7. Install connecting pin through top hole on seat lever.
8. Install cotter pin in the end of the connecting pin to secure seat lever in place.
