TheInvacareconcentratorsarespecificallydesignedto

minimizeroutinepreventivemaintenance.Onlyqualified

personnelshouldperformpreventivemaintenanceonthe

concentrator.

Powershouldbedisconnectedbeforebeginningpreventive

maintenanceontheInvacareconcentrator.

NOTE:Ataminimum,preventivemaintenanceMUSTbe

performedaccordingtothemaintenancerecordguidelines.Inplaces

withhighdustorsootlevels,maintenancemayneedtobeperformed

moreoften.RefertoPreventiveMaintenanceRecordonpage 24.

Routine Maintenance

NOTE:Thefollowingroutinemaintenanceshouldbeperformed

morefrequently.Seerecommendedintervalsineachsectionand

preventivemaintenancerecord.

Cleaning the Cabinet Filter

CAUTION

DONOToperatetheconcentratorwithoutthefilterinstalled.

NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE6.1onpage 23.

NOTE:Thereisonecabinetfilterlocatedonthebackofthecabinet.

1. Removethefilterandcleanatleastonceaweekdepending

onenvironmentalconditions.

NOTE:Environmentalconditionsthatmayrequiremorefrequent

cleaningofthefiltersincludebutarenotlimitedto:highdust,air

pollutants,etc.
