SECTION 4—FRONT RIGGINGS

After any adjustments, repair or service and before use, make sure all attaching

hardware is tightened securely. Otherwise injury or damage may occur.

Installing/Removing Front Riggings

NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE 4.1.

Installing

1. Turnthefrontriggingtotheside(openfootplateisperpendiculartowheelchair).

2. Installthefrontrigginghingeplatesontothehingepinsonthewheelchairframe.

3. Pushthefrontriggingtowardthe

insideofthewheelchairuntilitlocks

intoplace.

NOTE:Thefootplatewillbeontheinsideofthe

wheelchairwhenlockedinplace.

4. RepeatSTEPS1‐3fortheoppositeside

ofthewheelchair.

5. Toreleasethefrontrigging,pushthe

footrestreleaseleverinward,rotate

footrestoutward.

Removing

1. Pushthereleaseleverinwardand

rotatethefrontriggingoutward.
