Meter Malfunction Turn meter off, then on
using . Retest. If error

(see pg. 45).
E11 or higher
1. You may have
accidentally pressed
the button.
2. Meter will turn off after
3 minutes without use or
15 minutes of no use
while waiting for you to
apply blood or control
solution. This is a normal
expected action that
saves battery life.
