Using the Menus
The phone offers a range of functions that allow you
to tailor it to your needs. These functions are
arranged in menus and sub-menus.
The menus and sub-menus can be accessed by
scrolling using the navigation keys or by using the
shortcuts.
Accessing a Menu Function by Scrolling
1. In Idle mode, press the
Menu
soft key to access
Menu mode.
2. Scroll using the Up and Down keys to reach a
main menu,
Phone Settings
for example.
Press the
Select
soft key or the Right key to
enter the menu.
3. If the menu contains sub-menus,
Language
for
example, you can access them by scrolling using
the Up and Down keys and pressing the
Select
soft key.
If the menu that you have selected contains
further options, repeat the same procedure.

Using Shortcuts
The menu items, such as menu, sub-menus and
options, are numbered and can be accessed quickly
by using their shortcut numbers. The shortcut
number is shown at the bottom right next to the
soft key on the display. Simply press the
Menu
soft
key and enter the required number.
Note
: The numbers assigned to each menu option are
indicated on the list on the next page. They
may not match the menu number on the
phone, depending on the services supported by
your SIM card.
