Storing Phone Numbers / Names
To store phone numbers / names:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Phone Book.
3. Press for Add Entry. The screen prompts for the
phone number. (You can enter up to 32 digits.)
4. Enter the phone number by pressing the digit keys. The
number displays from left to right.
5. To store the phone number, press . The first
available location displays.
6. To accept the displayed location, press . To select
another location, press the scroll keys to scroll to the
desired location, and then press . (You can also
enter the number of the desired location using the digit
keys.)
Note: To make the number secret, store it in any location
between 160 and 199.
7. To include a name with the number entry, enter the name
at the screen prompt. (See “Alphabetical Character Entry”
on page 28.)
8. Press to save the entry.
Note: If the desired memory location already contains an entry,
the phone displays a text notification asking if you want to
replace the current entry. To replace the entry, press .
To return to the previous screen and select another location,
press .
