Once Alarm: the alarm rings only once and is then
deactivated.
Weekly Alarm: the alarm rings every week on the
same day and at the same time.
To set the alarm, proceed as follows.
1. Select Set Alarm.
2. Choose the alarm frequency option.
3.
If you choose Weekly Alarm, select the required
day of the week and press the
*
key. The
*
symbol
appears to indicate that the day is selected.
To remove it, press #.
You can set more than one day.
4. When you have selected all the days required,
press OK.
5. Enter the required time.
6. Press OK.
Alarm Activated is displayed.
To stop the alarm when it rings, simply open the flip
cover.
To deactivate the alarm, select Remove Alarm.
N o t e :
If no battery is attached to the phone when the
a l a rm is to ring or the battery is discharged, the
a l a rm does not ring. A daily or weekly alarm
remains, however, activated and will ring when
next triggered, provided that the phone is
p o w e r ed by a battery.

You can use your phone to check the current time in
21 major cities around the world. Scroll through the
cities using the soft key.
The screen shows the:
City name
Current date and time
Time difference between the selected city and
your city if you have set the local time (see below
for further details) or GMT (by default)
To select the time zone in which you are located,
proceed as follows.
1. Select the city corresponding to your time zone by
pressing the soft key one or more times.
The local date and time are displayed.
2. Press the Set soft key.
3. To... Then press the...
Update the current Set Local soft key.
