Copy
This option allows you to copy a phonebook number
to another location. Use this option to store a
number similar to one already in memory; once
copied, edit the number and store it in the
phonebook.
Voice Dialling
You can access the Vo i c e menu options described in
the following paragraphs, by pressing the P h o n e b o o k
soft key, followed by the Vo i c e soft key.
Accessing the Options
To access the various voice dial options, proceed as
follows.
To... Then press the...
Select the Select soft key.
highlighted option
Highlight a soft key (or the or
different option keys on the left side of the
phone) one or more times
until the required option is
highlighted.
Record
This option allows you to register numbers for
subsequent voice dialling. Record the required name,
by following the instructions given by your phone to
enter the required telephone number and name.
Voice Dial
This option allows you to initiate a voice dial.
Pronounce the required name as clearly as possible.
You are asked to repeat the name a second time and
then the associated number is dialled.
Delete One
This option allows you to select a voice dial entry
and delete the information recorded. The phone
number remains in the phonebook but the voice
recording is deleted.
If the name displayed is... Then press the...
To be deleted OK soft key.
Not to be deleted soft key.
The next name is
displayed.
To exit the Delete One option, press the C key.
