Voice Memo
Sound Settings
You can use the Sound Settings feature to customise
various settings, such as the:
• Ringing tone, volume and type
• Sounds made when you press a key, make an
error or receive a message
Ring Tone Menu 5-1
This option allows you to select the required ringing
tone. You can choose between eleven different
tones. Each time you select a tone, it is played for a
few seconds.
Ring Volume Menu 5-2
This option allows you to adjust the ringing volume
to one of five levels. Use the and keys on the
left side of the phone. The greater the number of
bars, the greater the volume.
Alert Type Menu 5-3
This option allows you to indicate how you are to be
i n f o rmed of any incoming calls. The following options
a r e available.
Light only: only the backlight is switched on; the
phone neither rings nor vibrates.
Voice Memo Replay Menu 4-2
This option allows you to play back all memos
recorded, starting with the most recent memo. The
screen displays the:
• Memo location
• Date and time when the memo was recorded.
To... Then press the...
Skip to the next memo Skip soft key.
Stop the playback Stop soft key.
Voice Memo Delete One Menu 4-3
This option allows you to delete a specific memo. All
memos recorded are played back, starting with the
most recent one.
To... Then press the...
Delete the memo being Delete soft key.

Skip to the next memo Next soft key.
Voice Memo Delete All Menu 4-4
This option allows you to delete all memos. Press the
OK soft key to confirm.
