WARRANTY
Your Guardian Escort wheelchair was made with the most technologically advanced materi-
als available to ensure you receive the highest quality product available. We take pride in
every product we build.
The following is a list of the warranty available for this product:
• 5 year limited warranty on the sideframe and cross brace.
• 3 year limited warranty on all major composite components listed below:
• Wheelchair Fork
• 8" Caster Rim
• 24" Mag Rim
• 12" Mag Rim
• Armrest Latching Mechanism
• Armrest Receivers
• Armrest Side-Panel
• Seat Supports
• Cross Brace Hinge
• Standard Rear Axle Plate
• Wheel Lock Housing
• Latching/Release mechanism of Swingaway Footrest and Elevating Legrest.
• This includes the components mounted to the sideframe and detachable
Footrest/Elevating Legrest
Limitations
We DO NOT warrant:
• Tires, Upholstery, Armrest Pads, and Push Handle Grips
• Damage from neglect, misuse, or from improper installation or repair
• Damage from exceeding weight limit of 250 lbs.
• This warranty is VOID if the original chair serial number tag is removed or altered.
• This warranty applies in the USA only. Check with your supplier to find out if interna-
tional warranties apply.
Warranty Requests
Obtain from us through an authorized Sunrise service center, while this warranty is in
effect, a prior approval (RMA #) for return or repair of covered parts.
Return the wheelchair or part(s), freight prepaid, to:

Pay the cost of labor to repair, remove or install parts.
Notice to Consumer
If allowed by law, this warranty is in place of any other warranty (written or oral, express

state to state.
