2 Select the option to add the contact by e-mail address, and click Next.
3 Enter the Meeting Room/Entry Queue e-mail address, or use the
Search option, and then click Next.
A confirmation message is displayed.
4 Click Finish.
The name of the Meeting Room or Entry Queue appears in the Office
Communicator Contact list.
