CAUTION
Followthesepre‐cautionstopreventdamagetotheP.C.boards:
BeforehandlinganyP.C.boards,youneedtobeproperlygroundedtopreventstatic
damagetothecomponentsoftheboard.AStaticCuffMUSTbewornandproperly
groundedusinganalligatorclip.Electricalconduitorawaterpipeisnormallysufficient
whenaknowngoodgroundisnotavailable.Careshouldbetakentoensurethatthe
alligatorclipcontactswithbaremetalsurface.
Whenremovingquickdisconnectsterminals,DONOTpullonwireitselfasdamageto
theconnectionmayoccur.HolddowntheP.C .boardwithonehandanduseanupward
forcewithaslightrockingmotiontoremovetheterminals.
BeforeinstallinganyP.C.boards,ensurethatallinsulatorsareinplace.

1. Unplugunit.
2. Removecabinet.RefertoRemovingCabinetonpage 23.
3. Removecontrolpanel.RefertoRemovingControlPanelonpage 53.
4. Dothefollowing:
A. DisconnectwiringharnessesfromPCboard.

DONOTremoveoxygensensortubingfromP.C.board.RemovefromregulatorONLY.
DONOTremovethepressuresensortubingfromP.C.board.Removefromtopof
producttankonly.Damagetooxygensensorassemblyorpressuresensorcouldoccur.A
faultysensormayresultinimproperoxygendeliveryandharmtotheuser.
B. Disconnectpressuresensortubingfromproducttank,notP.C.Board.
C. ForconcentratorsthathaveO2sensor,disconnecttheoxygensensortubingfrom
regulatorfitting.RefertoReplacingRegulator
onpage 48.
5. RemovethetwomountingscrewsontopcornersofP.C.board.
6. PositionnewP.C.board.
