Lock Shoe and Tire cannot be

Adjustment to Wheel Lock required.

Wheel Chair is

Front Wheel Casters not adjusted

Adjust Front Wheel Casters and Nut until
they swivel properly with equal free play.
Not enough support
to occupant’s back.
Back Pad is torn or damaged. Replace Back Pad
Wheelchair not
folding properly.
