Note: Close backup pump
release valve securely before
operating electric pump.

a. Place the slotted end of
pump handle onto the back-
up pump release valve and
turn clockwise to close
securely. See Photo D.
Note: Valve must be tight,
but do not overtighten.
b. Insert handle into backup
pump and stroke until roll
stop folds and/or platform
reaches desired height.
