Main and sub menus
Menu navigation
Access the menus and sub menus in your phone using the
navigation key ( ) and soft keys ( ), or you can
use a shortcut.
1. In standby mode press the left soft key ( ) Menu. The
first of several menus appear in the display.
More than one menu may appear in your display. This setting
can be modified in the Setup > Display menu under
Menu Style.

Use the navigation key to browse through the menus in
your phone.
3. Press to enter the menu or sub menu that appears in
the display.
4. Press the right soft key ( ) Back to return to the
previous menu.
Return to the previous menu
There are two methods for exiting a menu or list.
• Press Back to return to the previous menu
• When Back does not appear in the display, press to
return to the previous menu.
Navigate using a shortcut
You can also access the menus and sub menus in your
phone using menu numbers. Using the menu number in
conjunction with the left soft key
Menu takes you directly to
the menu or sub menu of your choice. Before you can
navigate using a shortcut, you’ll need to know the menu or
sub menu number of the feature that you wish to access.

page 21, to navigate using shortcuts.
