Voice Kit
Tip: In standby mode, press and hold until the phone
prompts, “Please say a command.” Pronounce “Voice
Answer” into the microphone to launch the application.
Erase messages
1. In standby mode, press the left soft key ( ) Menu.
2. Press , for Call Screen.
3. Press for Inbox. A list of messages (if you have
any) appear in the display.
4. Use the navigation key to highlight the message you
wish to erase.
5. Press the left soft key ( ) Option.
6. Use the navigation key to highlight Erase or Erase all and
press .
7. Use the navigation key to highlight Yes or No and press
. Your message or messages are erased.
Record a custom greeting for Voice Answer
By default, your phone answers incoming calls with a pre-
recorded system greeting. You can record a custom greeting
an choose whether the phone answers with the custom
greeting or the system greeting.
1. In standby mode, press the left soft key ( ) Menu.
2. Press , for Call Screen.
3. Press for Greeting, then press for Record. The
phone prompts, “
Please record after the beep.”
4. Wait for the beep and begin speaking.
As your phone is recording, it displays a countdown timer
showing the number of seconds available. Greetings can
be up to 15 seconds long.
