Taking Pictures
Taking Panorama Pictures (Panorama Assist Mode)
The ACD photostitcher is only for the English version and the
Japanese version.
You can take a number of images and join them together to
form a panorama picture.The panorama software (ACD photos-
titcher) provided with the camera is necessary for joining the
images.

Set the mode dial to .

Use the four-way controller to
choose the direction in which the
images will be joined.
̇ Joins the images at the left.
̈ Joins the images at the right.
̆ Joins the images at the top.
̄ Joins the images at the bottom.
The example shows the images
when ̈ is selected.

Take the first picture.
Press the shutter release button to
take the first image.The right edge
of the image is displayed in transpar-
ent form on the left of the LCD moni-
tor.

Move the camera to the right and
take the second picture.
Repeat the above procedure to take
the third and subsequent pictures.
