Output of the raidar command:
IOPS = # of I/Os (read/write) per second (total I/O rate).
HIT(%) = Hit rate for read I/Os (read hit rate).
W(%) = Ratio of write I/Os to total I/Os (percent writes).
IOCNT = number of write and read I/Os.
