Continue to slide the wheel axle through the long hex
bushing, wheel, long hex bushing and then the shock.
Fit a .437 (large diameter) cap nut on the end of the
wheel axle.
Support the opposite end of the wheel axle and tap the
cap nut with a hammer to secure it on the end of the
wheel axle.
Pull on the .437 cap nut to be sure the front wheel
assembly is secure.

•Now, completely tighten the four screws in the front
handlebar assembly to secure the handlebars.

Locate the air cleaner on the right side of the vehicle
frame.
Fit the air cleaner cover over the air cleaner.
•Insert a #8 x

" screw through the air cleaner and into
the vehicle frame.
Tighten the screw.

While holding the long hex bushings in place, position
the wheel between the shocks.
Being careful to keep the shocks correctly positioned,
align the holes in the shocks with the holes in the
handlebars. Slide the remaining wheel axle (with .437
cap nut assembled in step 16) through one shock.
Hint: If the hole in the shock and handlebar are not
aligned, the fender may not be properly positioned on the
front fork. Reposition the fender to align the holes.
