Interconnection Solutions Overview
Depending upon your need, you can connect your DUT to the module
using one of these interconnection solutions:
• 349xxT, terminal blocks for compatible low frequency modules, offer a
flexible method for connecting (300 V rated).
• Y1135, Y1136, Y1137, and Y1138, standard cables for 50-pin D-sub
and 78-pin D-sub connectors (300 V rated), are available.
• Y1139A, Y1140A, Y1141A, and Y1142A, the solder cup connection kits,
provide connection components for custom cabling. Fifty-pin D-sub
connector is 125 V rated, and 78-pin D-sub connector is 60 V rated.
